Shipping Times

• UK Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on location and customs)

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by postal delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any customs or import duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local delivery service or neighbour's. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products. We will review and offer a replacement or partial refund if applicable.
